Aspaki offers a very unique experience. My husband and I stayed at Aspaki (Romeo and Juliet Suite) July 18-23, celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. It was a beautiful experience from start to finish. Elias, Laura, Yannis and Christina were so sweet and helpful. When we arrived at Oia, Yannis was waiting to carry all of our bags to our suite. Laura showed us around our suite. She even gave us a cell phone so we could call any of them for assistance at any time. Elias was extremely helpful. He recommended great restaurants and we ate at both of them - superb- (Candouni and Ochra). Elias also helped us with a change in reservations so we could stay at the Sofitel directed across from the Athens airport the night before our departure to the U.S. We will always remember our friends at Aspaki and forever hold them close to our hearts.

We loved it, its views and staff. Our kudos go to manager for the hospitality! The junior suite suited us: it had a laptop-size safe, a flat-screen TV and a writing desk. It's 5 mins walk to the center.

Always helpful staff. Perfect location. Very clean rooms. Breakfast was nice with plenty of food. Tea/coffee making equipment, a refrigerator and glassware were in the honeymoon queen suite. Not far from Katharos beach. Free wifi available

The location of both Aspaki Castle and Oia Castle on top of the cliffs overlooking the Caldera were out of this world. We stayed in Aspaki Castle and were lucky enough to be upgraded on the first night due to a double booking, and spent the first night in the family room "Atmospherica" which was fantastic. We moved to the "Deep Blue" Suite for the remainder of the week which was equally spectacular. Both had amazing balconys overlooking the Caldera and the rest of the island. The hotels have their own private area on top of Oia Castle where you can sit in comfort sipping champagne whilst watching the amazing sun sets which are so popular in Oia. Its a bit like sitting on stage though, as you are surrounded by people sitting on the castle top, cliff top, and surrounding steps and buildings, and any where else they can get a position just to get a view. Although you do feel like a vip!
Nothing! (Although a pool at Aspaki Castle would have been lovely! )The "public" pool, (close to Oia Castle, but a 10 minute walk from Aspaki Castle) is a lovely pool and sunbathing area with superb views out to sea, and is a good substitute.

The location was spectacular with second to none views of the famous sunset and daily route of the donkeys coming up from Amoudi. The service provided by Elias. Christina and Younnis was first class...they could not have done any more for us. They were so helpful, friendly, sincere and their organisation and recommendations were superb. Our time at Art Masions - Oia Castle was all that we hoped for, and more! We stayed in the Aqua Deluxe suite and whilst we had viewed it on-line, including the indoor pool, the photos did not do it justice. We also thought that the pool would be small but it was sizeable and a beautiful way to refresh after being out for the day. We even purchased some artwork that we were introduced to in our room. Without hesitation we would say that Oia, and Oi Castle, is the place to stay on Santorini with beautiful surroundings and views, wonderful boutique shopping, fabulous restaurants and magical Greek hospitality by everyone we encountered. It is quiet and relaxed, except when the Cruise ship visitors come in the mornings. It was a dream come true

This hotel is located in a cliff, offering breathtaking views of the caldera and ocean. The room was comfortable and beautifully furnished, with a modern bathroom and a good shower. The service was attentive and welcoming, with helpful staff members. The breakfast served on the balcony was enjoyable, with fresh bread and pastries. The hotel also had an outdoor pool and jacuzzi, adding to the overall experience.
The hotel could have paid more attention to the details, such as providing enough lounge chairs on the terrace and ensuring a higher quality breakfast from the start.

Absolute luxury at it's best! The Olympic Villa was beautiful, just like all the photos on the website. Perfect views of the famous sunset and easy access to the rest of the village. The room was very clean & comfortable with a delicious breakfast, and the indoor cave pool was fantastic! All the staff were helpful and lovely. Highly recommend booking the hotel transfer as the bellboy (Mr Yannis) will show you through the village and help take your bags down all the stairs. Staying at Art Maisons made our time in Santorini very special!
Only feedback was that the Olympic Villa's courtyard does feel a little crowded with all the tourists walking past & standing out the front during the sunset. Some of them even blocked our view. Not a huge problem, however if we had been given the Aqua Deluxe Suite (which is the room we originally booked) it would have been more private, there would've been a clearer view of Oia's sunset & there wouldn't have been people walking past all the time.

This hotel offers great value for money with its beautiful rooms and stunning views. The rooms are spacious and come with a very big balcony that features a jacuzzi, allowing guests to relax while enjoying the most photographed views of Santorini. The attention to detail is evident, from the basic amenities provided to the excellent service from the staff. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located in the center of Oia, right under the old ruins, with easy access to the port of Ammoudi and a short walk to all the attractions.
All was absolutely fine, nothing to be improved.

Our view in the Studio-Aegean suite was beautiful. We had a great line of sight on the sunset without having to endure the crowd that builds up in the walking paths. We also had a panoramic view over the caldera. The level of service and general kindness offered to us by Ilias, Christina, and Yannis was refreshing and took our stay in Oia from good to great. Any questions we had were answered without any resentment or impatience, and trust me we had a lot of questions. All of the recommendations were spot on, and they attended to our every need. I would undoubtedly stay here again, and would highly recommend this room to all vacationers.
There are a fair amount of stairs to contend with in Oia, but Yannis carried our luggage in and out and the view and tranquility in Oia is worth the extra effort. The room is a little small, but it is well laid out and my wife and I found it very comfortable. There is no breakfast offered with the room, but there are plenty of supermarkets to purchase coffee and fruits.

The room was large and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay the location was great for viewing the sunset.

The breakfast was delicious and filling, with a good variety of options. The location was superb, with breathtaking views that were worth every penny. It was also conveniently located close to many shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests.
The room was a bit smaller than expected and lacked sufficient storage space. The bathroom was quite cramped and could use some updating.

We loved Aspaki! When we arrived, we were upgraded to the Romeo and Juliet Suite and couldn't have asked for a better view of the Caldera. We had a private viewing balcony/terrace near the Oia Castle to view the sunset each night. The hotel staff were wonderful! The room was wonderful! We hope to return.
